Help! I'm so tempted!!!

A friend of mine wants to sell me a USP9 w/2 hi-caps and a USP45 w/ 2 10rd mags for $1100; only as a package deal. What do you guys think; I just bought a USP9 w/1 hi-cap for $420; should I pick this up for an investment? My 3 yrs wedding anniversary is comming in 2 weeks and I plan on spending the $1100 on a new entertainment center (DVD,Speakers,etc...) Ahhhhh the temptation!!! I tried asking him to give me the HKs for an Anniversary gift; you know his and hers; didn't work. Any input is much welcome... Thanks
 
Buy modern firearms to shoot. If you want an investment, buy stock or real estate. Just my often misguided opinion.
 
Yes, buy them. The USP9 high cap magazines alone are worth $100 each. Do the math on that one.

If you wanted to, you couls sell them right away for a few hundred dollars profit.

Give in to temptation...

Thanks for the advice, I tried the stock thing and am down 60% of my initial investment. Guns tend to be a better investment for me. Thanks
 
Are the USP's new or used? If new, it's a very good deal. If used, it's a very fair deal. Keep in mind that only 2 of the clips are hi-caps, and thus worth much (they did make 12 round .45 clips). Figure 85 apiece. Your last 420 deal sounded like a good one, and if you do the math, two of your 420 deals adds up to 840 and you still have 2 guns and 2 hi-caps.

Thus, if they're new you should seriously consider it, but if used I would pass.
