I need a spot of help here guys. I handled some sort of Colt 6920 similar colt variant the other day at my LGS . The rear flip up sight was unlike any flip up sight I had ever seen before on an AR. The knobs were big for your typical flip up rear, the base was a touch longer and the controls were a lot like those of a H&K/SIG style rotary sight (settings for 1-400 meters as I remember in white letters)
I asked the guy behind the counter if he knew who made the sight for Colt, the only thing he could tell me was he believed it was the same sight the military used in the SOPMOD kit?
Sadly someone who isn't me made off with the rifle.
Still, the rear sight made enough of an impression on me I would like to figure out who makes it. Figure someone in TFL world might have a clue what sight I am talking about, google fu for SPOMOD rear sight didn't work out so well. The couple of sights that came up were not the ones I saw on the rifle in question.
If you think you have a clue what sight im talking about, any help figuring this out would be welcome!
