As far as I can see, you don't have any photo, just the Red X.

I can see it now but cannot identify a small picture of a SMG held at a funny angle. Where did the picture come from? It looks like either foreign military or movie.

Photo was taken at a exhibition. He is a member of Sri lankan army special forces. FWIW here is the full picture -
