I have a tactical and adjustable night sights. I really would like to install my own. I would appreciate any advice/instructions.
Many thanks.

Anyone with a suitable HK sight pusher can do the job, or if you're brave, you can drift out the sights with a hammer and punch and replace them the same way, although I wouldnt recommend it. Theres too much risk of marring the sights or even cracking the tritium elements.
With a sight pusher being at least 100$ and the average gunsmith instal fee being 20-25$, youre better off letting a 'smith do it.

or you can do what I did...

I replaced the stock sights with Meps on my two USPs using a 1/4" wooden dowel, hammer, and vice. I placed my slide into a padded vise and drifted the stock sights out. The Meps are a little tighter so I put some oil in the dovetails and on the sights. Front goes right in. Drift to center. The rear sight is purposely oversized. You will want to carefully file the back edge not the hump in the front. This helps the drifting. Again use oil. I have never broken/damaged a night sight using this method. Oh yeah, I've done this on Glocks too.
