HELP! Did James Cannon from LA rip me off or?????

I bought a MAC 10 from a James Cannon in Jarrea, Louisiana on October 17th. I sent him a postal money order in the amount of $425 on Oct 17th. On Oct 22 he emailed me and said he was shipping the gun out that day. The gun has yet to arrive at my dealer. I have left numerous messages (can never reach anyone at home) and send numerous emails with no replies. I am concerned as to whether or not I will ever see the gun or my money.

Before I contact his local PD, the Post Office and the FBI (interstate commerce) I would like to know if anyone has had any dealings with this guy and any info I can get.

Yes $425.. it was a semi Nighthawks built one.. not an original Ingram.. however I have bought 12 Ingram M10 semi's from other people online for under $450 each in the last 2 months. You just need to look for the deals.

He emailed me and sent me a copy of the insurance receipt and said he is in the state police academy and was gone all week and could not use a PC. I had a feeling there was a misunderstanding. We'll see what happens...
