Help! AR-15 Scope?

Has anyone ever tried the Bec Inc 4x21 BDC scope? Is it any good or a waste of money? I saw it advertised in the sportsmans guide for $40 bucks. It attaches directly to the carrying handle, is that good or bad? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.

The BEC scopes is a Chinese copy of the Colt scope. I've heard some good things over at ar15.com about them and I suppose they're OK. However, I'd restrict it to "sporting" purposes and would make sure my iron sights are sighted in and ready to go. Remember, we're talking BEC and not Leupold.

BTW, shop around and pick up a Shotgun News. You may be able to get a better price.

I have purchased and returned three Norinco scopes.

If you want a good scope, you better pay the same amount of bucks that those who want to shoot accurately spend.
