Hello? Tamara? Calling Tamara!

I may just be OT but, in a recent post you mentioned some LE trade-in revolvers. I am interested in them. Where are they? Contact information? Does Tamara REALLY ignore e-mails? JK

There are:

Four 4" Model 66-1's, one Model 15 (can't remember if it's a -3 or -4), one 6" nickel Model 19-4, and one 6" Model 28-2. The 19-4 and 28-2 are in especially primo condition, with almost no visible wear and only the faintest of drag rings (who was supposed to be issued these things I don't know; maybe they were the Sherriff's parade guns,) while the rest are quite nice for cop guns, all booking at an honest 90-95%. I believe the price tags are $350 across the board.

YES! I will be in contact ASAP. Set that 28-2 off the floor. Thank you! You folks have a used layaway plan? I am interested in the M15 and I may want a M66 and some sight work.

We open tomorrow @ 10:00AM Eastern, but I don't get there 'til 1:30 or 2:00. Just call in the morning and tell 'em Tamara sent you.

(Yup, we have layaway: 25% down and 90 days to pay it off...)

I am retired, I don't do mornings anymore! LOL I will call. Hmmm? I wonder about the M19 in 6' with the M28 and the M27. I cannot see my M65 being lonely. I have 4 M10s too. Maybe I need to look at J frames? I have a birthday after Christmas. (rubbing chin and ruminating)

Forrest and Jenny J-Frames.

J-Frames and M10's go together like "peas and carrots". One of each is a must! So stop ruminating and call in the birthday favors :D

I think you are correct. I have a 2" M10 round butt and a 2" M36 round butt that do look well together. I have thought about finding a K-32 to mate with my M30 in 32 S&W Long. Hmmmmm? (still ruminating) LOL

Sir William,

Contact made. Agreement made. I got the M28 and put the M19 on layaway. Good folks to deal with.

Thank you! I believe you'll be happy.

(...actually, I'm amazed that sweet Model 28 lasted long enough to make it into your hands! Reading your other posts, I know it will have a good home. :) )

I enjoyed talking with you and Jonathan. I was on county time though! I have been looking for honest "working" LE trade-ins. Many of the ones I have come across resemble kitchen table gungorilla learning curves. LOL I am still becoming S&W literate. I am gathering N frame and K frame 357 Magnums when I can. I will say that the whole transaction was pleasant. Buy the vintage S&Ws, they don't make them anymore.
