It's a NASCAR series, but not Winston Cup, or Busch. According to the one reference I found, It's driven by Dennis Werner, but I could find nothing about him, or FABARMS on www.nascar.com. It's hard to see in the pic, but there is a little MP beforethe #5, making it the MP5.

H&K also has Tee-shirts and a really nice Polo with "H&K Racing" on the breast and "mp5" on the sleeve. The sleeve banding and collar are checker boarded.
Ok, all of the information I have found is negative. The car cannot be Winston Cup, Busch Grand National, ASA, or ARCA due to the car number. (Numbers are purchased from the governing body, and the rights to #5 in each of these series is taken for at least the next 2 years.)
I found a reference to the driver being Dennis Werner, but could find nothing at www.nascar.com about him. It's most likely one of the local touring series, such as Winston West, Goody's Dash, Featherlite Southwest tour, etc.

ARCA has no record of that driver's name at www.arcaracing.com. I also tried CASCAR www.cascar.ca (the Canadian equivalent to NASCAR), and ASA www.asaracing.com to no avail.
Offhand I would guess that it is in an Eastern USA-based series. Perhaps Virginia as HK USA is Virginia-based though regionality is not as big a sponsor factor nowadays what with television exposure.
