Heavy Rifle feeding

I am planning to pick up a M70 and either rechamber it to either .458 Lott or .450 Ackley. The question I have is - does anyone know (first hand) of a gunsmith that can ensure feeding, I.E., magazine and rail adjustments? Secondly, does any one in this august group have any thoughts on which cartridge to go to? TIA, Giz

FWIW, the current "Guns & Ammo" sez the .458 Winchester can be fired in the .458 Lott, if ammo availability or cost might be a factor.
