Heavy Duty Scope Rings

What is the best heavy duty 30mm rings for the money? And I prefer steel, but in the long run what is the difference in rigidity in this circumstance with steel and aluminum?

I have no idea whats best. But my wife has 30mm Weaver Grand Slam steel rings holding a Leupold Mark4 on her DPMS LR308. They work, and that's all she requires of them. Looking back in the records, those rings were about thirty dollars at the LGS.
