headed to vegas what to do?

Well I am headed to Vegas for an overnight business trip but should have some time free one evening. It will be a weeknight and since I'm not a big gambler and I've done the whole Vegas strip thing before, I'm mainly looking for something I would enjoy doing, like going to a nice gun shop or something similar. Alright what do y'all suggest?

Some of the shops have full auto rentals.
Others have live fire simulators.
Lots more fun than the casinos.

Eat. Look around and you'll find discount coupons all over the place (your hotel probably has them). Pick the best coupon you can find for the all-you-can-eat buffet of your choice and eat until you pop.
