i went to a grandparents day at my grand daughters school saturday... it was kind of an interschool tack meet for the kids 1st to 5th grade.... in stead of shooting a pistol in the air to start a race they had a board with another board stuck to it with a spring... to start em they pulled back on the sprung board and let em clap together.....do you suppose zero tolerance has come to this?? has anyone seen such a starting system for a track event??
