That is not much to go on.
I assume the steel was blued and the grips were a white material.
There must have been hundreds of thousands of cheap derringers made post WWII. I saw lots in 22 LR, some in 38 Special. The Cowboy TV movies of the 50’s popularized the things.
Off the top of my head I cannot recall any made by good manufacturers. Don’t remember if Smith and Wesson or Colt made any. Remington made the “classic” derringer in 41 Rimfire up to 1935, and I really, really doubt yours was a Remington. This article has prices for modern made high quality makers , but I really doubt yours is one of these.

If there is no importer's name and address, the gun was likely imported before 1968, and was among hundreds of thousands of cheap guns that were imported from Germany. Most of the importers of that time are long out of business, and the actual makers were mostly unknown to anyone but the importer.
A relative had a cheap double barrel 38 special derringer in the 60’s. It was dangerous as it copied the Remington lockworks and I think parts broke on it.
If yours is one of the cheap imports you can get $50.00 for it at a gun buy back program sponsored by a city or gun control group. That will probably be your top dollar.
If yours is a Remington 41 Rimfire, might be worth more. Just ammunition is impossible to get for the thing.
