I was just reviewing the updated list of certified guns for sale here in the PRK ( http://caag.state.ca.us/firearms/index.html ) and I happened to notice one neat little ditty they added yesterday. It appears the state of Kalifornia has approved for sale one model Sig Arms P228-9 / Steel, Alloy Pistol 3.9" 9mm.
Can this be?
I checked the Sigarms site and there is no info. If this is the case, I'm gonna have to hit myself (no shooting allowed) with my brand spanking new P226. I really wanted the P228. 
So what's the deal? and what's the "-9" stand for?
