Has anyone seen this?

I saw it and wondered how would it fit in a holster. It looks good for keeping a spare mag when you're home and not carrying.

Looks like an solution for something that was not a problem.

The Doc is out now.

(unless... Do you think Pelosi will ban gun and magazine holsters?)

I emailed the guy who posted the video on YouTube and he said that it was designed for either keeping your primary mag on the weapon at home, or for storing your spare on your weapon when in storage / nightstand. He said his uncle (a product tester for some distributor) was testing the weapon at the range to see if it or the mag would fly off the gun.

I think it would be fine for keeping a spare mag handy for if you ever needed it in the middle of the night, or if you did not want to keep your gun loaded while it's in your nightstand (kids), but as for carrying it mounted on your weapon at all times seems a little silly.

If it is not practical for general application, it is worthless. Never depend on situationally specific gizmos. Just my thought on it...

Seth,

Do the "sarcasm" smileys show up on your computer. I am very aware those are standard mags. He was just firing off sets of three on each mag, the one in the gun and the one on the rack. Just yankin some chain. Sorry for your lack of humor.

Seems like a solution looking for a problem.

But hey, if they stamp "tacticool" on the side of it, they wouldn't be able to keep them on the shelves.

Off the top it's not a *horrible* idea for a nightstand gun, but what happens if you need to stuff it in your waistband when you need both hands?

He'll probably sell a bunch of them one way or the other. I'd rather have a light.

If you use a pistol for home defense, this device might be the cat's ass, but I prefer sterner stuff for HD. Otherwise, I can't think of a real use for it.

If i miss the BG with 15 shots of 10mm,another 15 is just a waste of ammo.
Id say also a clip holding 15 rounds hanging off one side would make my G20 kinda odd to handle.
