They look like HKs and Sigs....hard to tell as a tight shot on the handgun is not definitive, however, some more proficient aficionados might know for sure.

Traditionally, Jack has carried/carries a Sig, but depending upon situations in the plot, he often uses what is available to stop terrorists, in one instance, he used his teeth

have not been able to this season, yet, but like was said already, they appear SIG like in the past.

last night, i did catch that the pretty FBI agent (walker, i think) had a glock she was poking into the wound on the sniper in the hospital. i think it was glock by what i saw of the take down release/slide stop.

I just think it's humorous that Jack deliberately carries a pistol into situations where he would be much better served by a long arm.

His handguns seem to be one-shot stoppers, so why should he bother with the heavier rifle/shotgun:p

But to answer the question I think he carried a Sig in the first season(s) and an H&K USPc later.

I've never seen the show, but I've read posts on other forums where he carries a Walther P99. True or untrue?

Not the right show, but I remember being really amused a couple of years ago with the show Lost. One of the characters pointed a handgun at someone, close range. To demonstrate his seriousness and intent, the sound of the gun's hammer cocking back was played (as if he'd done it.)

On a Glock. :)

It must be some kind of defective gun, I have never seen anybody shoot so much, and miss so much, since the " A" team....It never seems to run out of ammo either .

I've seen him reload several times this year including once where he dumped the pistol because he was completely out. As for hitting anything, I'd say the show's hit/miss ratio is on par with real life LEOs. The vast majority of LEO shots fired miss.
