Has anyone hunted in Big Gum swamp?

I am thinking about hog hunting in Big Gum Swamp in osceola wild life management area in Florida.

How swampy is it? Can I travel it on foot? Is it too swampy for hunting wild hog? Are there too many alligators to make this hunt fun?
 
I have never hunted there....
Hogs tend to be in the hardest areas to hunt. This is magnified if human encounter is possible. You may not have to wade much but you will likely find your self in the briars and thick stuff. Finding wallows, rooting and heavily traveled trails is always good. Their diet is so varied it is hard to hunt from "food sources" without seeing rooting. If you smell a heavy musky odor you may be near a boar or where one has been.
