Has anyone actually chrono'd the Ultra mags?

I've been seeing a lot of listed velocities for the Rem.300 Ultra mag and the Lazzeroni Warbird, and I'd really like to know if they are really performing that much better than a 300 weatherby,let alone a 300 win.I know a lot of people love the beltless concept,but I've had no trouble grouping under an inch with several belted mags.I just want to know if for all the extra expense of exotic ammo,you really do pick up 200-300 fps more with these "ultra" loads.
 
I too have been wondering about this. My question is what you gain in velocity and maybe accuracy do you lose in drastically shortened barrel life?

Lazeronni long action cartridges are supposed to have short barrel life due to high velocities. In my studies, it appears as you approach 4000 fps, barrel life starts to really take a downturn.
