On my Taurus ..22mag model 941 the trigger pull is real hard in double action is there any way to adjust it?

By hard do you mean heavy trigger pull or rough/gritty trigger pull? A trigger can be heavy and yet smooth.
If it's the former, you can either replace the springs with aftermarkets like Wolff or try snipping off a coil or two. The tradeoff may be unreliable ignition and you'll have to test fire the gun with the ammo you plan to use.
Rough trigger pulls suggest poor fitting of internal parts, burrs, hand/pawl to ratchet/star ejector, sear or hammer to trigger, cyliner stop, etc. These parts can be tuned by a gunsmith.

The trigger pull is smooth in single action but is very hard(but smooth)in D/A,would anyone suggest I trim the spring myself or have it done by gunsmith?

Cutting the spring isn't a special task. You just use sharp wire cutters and snip off a coil. I'm thinking the culprit is the trigger return spring (it's the horizontal one which returns the trigger back to its position of rest) and not the hammer spring.
Once it's snipped, file the snipped end lightly to remove any burrs. For myself, I would also file it to flatten it (not talking about circumference here but the end itself) so as to prevent wobble.
If you do it yourself, load the cylinder with six snap caps. Work the gun in a DA mode at lease fifty times with your dominant hand. If the trigger fails to return smartly after you released it, the spring may be binding or too weak and you'll have to buy a new one. Do this test several times (50 times each) to ensure reliability of your .22.
If you've never taken a revolver apart, then you're probably better off taking it to a competent gunsmith. If you've got any buddies who are police armorers trained in S&W or newer Colt revolvers (Anaconda & Trooper action), ask them to help or watch over your shoulder. Internally a Taurus functions pretty much like the S&W and Colt.

Hey Gary, thanks for the info. Did the job this morning and worked out fine. only problem: now have to pull the hammer back real hard if wanting single action mode.
Hope I never have to "look" for that spring again.

941 trigger pull
This may seem obvious, but the first thing to do before cutting the spring is to remove the grips and use gun scrubber liberally to remove the factory gunk. Then oil and replace the grips. I recently purchased a 941 Magnum and the trigger pull was ragged. After cleaning thoroughly, the da pull was noticably smoother, although quite stout. The sa pull was markedly improved. I also own a 605 and it has an excellant trigger and is very accurate with 125 grn jhps, even with the fixed sights. Never had a misfire in either piece.
