Harbor Freight Windsor bench

Does anyone have an opinion on the Harbor Freight (Windsor design) work bench? I have noticed good and bad reviews on this bench. I am thinking of purchasing one to use as a reloading bench. Any thoughts?

1200 x 1200 is too big of a picture.
That top as thick as it looks? Too thick for a press if it is, but being wood that's an easy fix. There's one review that says the guy is using it for reloading. Don't think I'd part with $160 plus for a loading bench though.

Looks like a decent bench to me. I wouldn't be concerned about thickness...I'm not sure why that would be bad, the thicker the better. All the presses I've had and do have now hang down off the front edge, so it's those pull out drawers that would become unusable. In the case of the Dillon 550 I have, it sits on a strong mount above the level of the bench, and with my RCBS Rock Chucker single stage press, I made a mount for it that places it above the level of the bench as well. This way I can use the single full width drawer that is present on my bench.

I've purchased dozens of things from Harbor freight. An electric fly swatter, safety glasses, and magnetic parts holders worked out well. Everything else ended up a disappointment.

Look how thin those legs are and the small holes for the fasteners. Expect to add some wood glue, brackets, etc if you want it to be at all sturdy.

Keep an eye on garage sales. You can pick up wooden and metal desks cheap. Most people don't want to move a big heavy desk and don't realize they can be easily disassembled.
