Happy Birthday to me....

Before the magnum Bashing starts...COOL!
Happy Birthday too. I like them big guns as much as the small ones myself. Variety you know?

Whoa, they let you shoot that indoors? I'll bet that was a good time. I'm pretty sure my gun club won't let anyone shoot more than a 44 mag.

Yep, we can shoot anything indoors as long as its lead or plated. No fmj or partial jackets. And yes, ill be adding 454 and 45lc to the reloading mix! Already have the die set and a 56lb box of reloading supplies coming in today.

What maintenance is involved with this revolver? Do i need to keep the cyliders oiled? How hard is it to make the trigger lighter...its ok now but id like it to be like my step fathers s&w500. That thing is feather light...right from the factory!

I totally walked out without my target but first three shots....

.5" above bullseye
Edge of bullseye
2" low of bullseye

All at 25'. Debating on whether or not i want a scope, a red dot, or just keep it pretty and lean.

And the UPS driver hates me...lol. 56lb box of lead.just arrived! Woohoo! I know this is a reloading question but what the heck...do any of you reload for this revolver or caliber?

Pretty stout caliber for cast bullets. Powder coating might be the way to go there. I mean you can make them hard enough but why deal with barrel leading?

I reload for the .45 Colt but not for the "Monster". :)

Just remember a Christmas bonus for your Post person.
