Jeez, you oughta buy something with a scope, just for a change of pace!

I was out with Pop today firing old US military arms to celebrate the 4th a day early

We shot his Springfield trapdoor from 1884, my M1 rifle from 1944, and my M1911 from 1918. Good day. A US Marine at the range popped a couple off with the trapdoor. He thought it was the coolest thing, and damned if he didn't shoot that thing pretty well
 
Happy 4th of July! Lets celebrate the independence of our country by blowing up a small part of it. :D
