m4-8 extended eye relief model leupold

What would you guess that describes? It doesn't quite match up with any of the leupold pistol sights I can find.

They possibly transposed the digets. Could it be an M8 4X?

I have a Nikon Monarch 2X LER on my Single Six and a Leupold 2X LER on my Security Six both are for hunting although the Single Six is more for practice because it is cheaper to shoot and the balance is about the same as the Security Six the Nikon is as clear as the Leupold but I thought the Leup would hold up better on a .357. If I was going to be paper punching I would go with a higher power and a variable.
