I have used "Break Free, CLP" for quite along time and I'm happy with the results.

Just thought I'd post to let all know I tried Birch's "gun scrubber" today and I was really impressed!!

No I don't work for these guys or anything but I highly reccomend the product.

I have used GunScrubber for quite a while.. It is an excellent product.. Just be careful when using it on something for the first time... I personally have never had a problem, but I have heard some horror stories about it melting and/or discoloring some plastics.. It has no ill effects on the Glock polymer though... Also, be sure you are in a well ventilated area when you use it, preferably outside.. Stay Safe...

I love the stuff too, but it did melt down the plastic grips on my little Beretta Tomcat. My thumbprint is visible on the smooth part.

Absolutely no trouble on my Glock. It did seem to lighten up the finish on my Sig P220 slide a bit, but nothing terrible.

GunScrubber doesn't really "melt" the black plastic grips on my Ruger MkII, just makes them sticky on the surfaces if I forget to take them off before cleaning. It really cleans fast, and the odor problems aren't too bad if cleaning inside the house.
