Hammer Bobbing - How Much?

I just bought an H&R Model 732 (32 cal S&W Long) that I am going to "play" with. I am going to bob the hammer to make it more pocket friendly. It has a pretty long and pointed trigger that grabs as it comes out.

Since its a DA, it doesn't even actually need a hammer spur for a pocket bug. But, I wonder if removing too much will cause it to be too light and not fire reliably? Anyone know? Anyone know how to find out before removing too much?
 
Don't do it unless you can find a replacement hammer. If it has light strikes you might be SOL. It's not like it was a popular gun with aftermarket springs and parts available.
 
I had thought that buying a hammer would be good before starting to bob the one that is on it. Maybe two if they aren't expensive.. :)
 
Bobbed hammer

I bobbed a Model 60 years ago. Bought a replacement hammer. Took the original and stored it in my cuff link box. Bobbed the replacement but did it very carefully. Left a slight hump as I didn't feel a full concave silouette was needed. Leaving a slight hump kept the hammer weight up and it functioned perfectly. Might have been able to take more off without affecting function but what I did worked.
 
I need to bob it just enough to where it doesn't catch coming out of the pocket - it has an extra long hammer spur.
 
Bobbed away and it still fires just fine. Parkerized it too - now I have a nifty little pocket pistol without much cash outlay.
