H&R model 12

I have the opportunity to purchase an H&R model 12 CMP rifle NIB. We haven't discussed price yet and I can't find this model in my blue book. Is anyone familiar with this model as to what it may be worth? How do they compare in accuracy to the Kimbers and Anchutz target models.
