H&R hammerless top break .32 - unusual markings

Hello all, found myself a cute little hammerless bicycle gun. Interested in finding out the specific model, date, and value. The only markings on it are the serial number, 63847, and on the top top strap, H.& R. ARMS CO. WORCESTER, MASS.

Introduced in 1899, with no caliber markings it is considered a black powder frame. There isn't any serial number chart for the H&Rs until post war. There is a book in the works by Bill Goforth, but with his death it may not get published, The Model is simply " Hammerless H&R ". Basically a American double action with the hammer concealed. Not a Bicycle Gun, that name is taken by Iver Johnson.

Thanks for the reply. Good to know about the black powder frame! I did find a list of serial numbers and changes and this wasn't described at all. From your information and what I read on a different forum, it was made between 1899 and 1905.
