H&R 265 targeteer

Got an old H&R 265 targeteer from my father-in-law, started to clean it & can't get the bolt out. Pulling the trigger doesn't work, can anyone help? Thanks, Bernie

Looks like there should be a screw on the left side of the receiver that you back out partly:

yes, remove it and the bolt will come out. by the way one them was my first.22 bolt action rifle(20.00) and it still being shot by me.
