H&K SL8-1 price?

I only seen one around where I live and it was going for $1800. Defiently not worth the price since it only holds ten round mags and the price of preban colts were going for $1100 around here.

I think the current price is around $1200. Prior to the first of the year in CA, they were in the $1500 range.

A couple of guys on the www.hk91.com board have great things to say about the SL8-1. One character has a plan to get the barrel cut to 16", modify the plastic to look more G36ish, and put the optic sight rail on it.

Lowest price is $1400. Normally goes for $1500 to $1600. Definitely get the integrated Optical sights/handle, the SL8 is much better looking with the optical sight than the long picatiny rail. :D :D :D
 
The last one I saw was 1200$. That was about eight months ago.

Unless someone has started making .45ACP with .224 sized projectiles, I'm sure it was an SL8-1.
