Guy kills neighbor/kid with a .410 shotgun

The boy didn't die right away...

He bled to death in the ambulance on the way to the hospital... (Several minutes after being shot.)

Sorry for the death of the boy... :(

This is the kind of "killing" that hurts "us" a great deal :mad:
 
Thats terrible about the boy. That guy could have done all kinds of things instead of shooting the kid! Put up a fence and get a dog or go down and file for a restraining order if he was getting harrased. What an idiot.:mad:
 
What a moron - I hope that if he wants the death penalty, that he spends his remaining days in prison, and hope that if he wants to go to prison, he gets the death penalty. :mad:
 
Thats disgusting and evil and I am sorry, but using this an example of how lethal a .410 is is frankly, in very very poor taste.

Im not using it as an example. You assumed wrong. I just commented on it. Even a .177 pellet rifle is quite devastating if shot into the pericardium, but I wont post that tragic article because it might be in poor taste.
 
No offense, but following your link with the words "I won't doubt the lethal ability of the .410" does, in fact, imply you are providing the story to remove doubts that the .410 is lethal.

If you meant it in some other context, you might want to edit the original post for clarity's sake.
 
That's pretty sad that the 15 year old kid had his life end while still so young. He'll never get to see his high school diploma, and get a college education all because that old man was so sensitive about his yard. I'm sorry, but he got what was coming to him for shooting that kid. He'll have to live the rest of his life behind bars thinking about why he shot that kid. In the area where I live, a 16 year old kid was shot dead from his friend playing with a firearm, and its the 2nd accidental murder in two months here.
 
If you have heard the 911 call made by the old guy it is even more desturbing. He sounds so calm and collected that it makes you sick. If I were the kids dad....well...I don't know what I'd do.
 
I'm sure the young man's father is upset, but from the discussion on earlier threads it appears he might have done a little more about his son harrassing the guy for 5 years.

The whole family was reportedly treating the old man disrespectfully... :rolleyes:

All they had to do was take him some homemade cookies occassionally and DIFFUSE the damned situation... :mad:
 
if iwas that kids dad it would have never escalated to that but wtf was the old guy thinking i dont think that thair is a legal punishment for him
 
I saw the news report on FOX. The lawn in question wasnt even in decent shape. Pretty sad day when people are killed over petty crap. :mad:
