Phoenix:

Nothing unusual with open carry in Arizona. Common here. He could even have an M16 (full auto) and that's OK as well. The guy also had another 30 round mag in his back pocket AND a hand gun as well. Guy just was on the street with his weapons. All legal here! Oh yea, the guy was black as well. We do not discriminate here in the Great Free State of Arizona when it comes to the LAW!
 
Yes, it is legal here, but why would you do that when the PRES is in town? You are only inviting the LEO's to have a talk with you. You also give the gun banners something else to use against us.

In my estimation, yes he can, but it was stupid.

I would think that there is a better way of supporting what we stand for instead of blatant bad judgement. I believe that common sense should be used, if there is any left.:rolleyes:
 
Yes, heaven forbid that anybody actually exercise his constitutional rights anywhere near the President.

After all, we don't allow freedom of speech or freedom of religion near the President!

Even though we have the legal right to do so, I believe that good common sense should dictate when and where we should "fight our battles".
Legal Right Example:
Using the cross walk
Possible Result:
Getting run over by a car or truck if we do not use common sense.

Are we legally right? Yes! Dead right!!!

Remember this is my opinion, which by our "Rights", I am entitled to.
