Gunsmith time

I'd like to know how gunsmith time relates to real time in other parts of the country.Here, it's about one to four- "it'll be ready in a week" really means four weeks, 1 month means 4 in real time, you get the idea. There are some variables that will add to gunsmith time, like an out of town match or a hunting trip.(No offense to list gunsmiths intended).
