gunsmith needed

whats up everyone i am new to the site ,i have recently purchased a nagant carbine and scope i was wondering if anyone knows of a good gunsmith who can mount it for me ,i also need to have the bolt turned down.if anyone has any info it would be appreciated.thanks

You don't say where in NY, but my suggestion would be to check the yellow pages for your hometown or the nearest city of any size...

There's a smith by the name of George Stringer who is fairly well-known, and does excellent work. He specializes in milsurp rifles like Mosin's and Mausers, and he's very respectable. His prices are fair and he does impeccable work. The only drawback is that he's in Kentucky so you'd have to ship the rifle, but here's his website:
