Does anyone have experience (good or bad) dealing with Tom Kivlehan? He has a shop in Stafford, VA. Am considering him to build a custom .416 Rem for my "big" Africa rifle. He seems like a good enough guy, but hasn't built anything this big before. Will be getting reference list from him, but thought I'd check with the group here too.
