I am looking for a gunsmith in Illinois to action tune a Taurus revolver. Any experience with Precision Gunsmithing out of Springfield, IL? Any suggestions?

I don't know any gunsmiths in Illinois, sorry.
You may find that most gunsmiths that do custom work on handguns for a regular living will most likely not accept a Taurus revolver as a subject piece for their work.
They most likely do the bulk of their revolver gunsmithing on Smith & Wesson revolvers and a smaller chunk on Ruger revolvers.

I'd look at the IL listing for the American Pistolsmiths Guild.
It's a group of gunsmiths & specialists in different fields(1911s, S&W revolvers, Rugers, PPKs, etc).
