Let's hear some of your favorite firearm references set to music. I'll start!

"And he stopped off in Tushka at that "Pop's Knife and Gun" place
Bought a SKS rifle and a couple a full cases of that steel core ammo
With the berdan primers from some East bloc nation that no longer needs 'em
And a Desert Eagle that's one great big ol' pistol
I mean .50 caliber made by badass Hebrews
And some surplus tracers for that old BAR of Slayton's
Soon as it gets dark we're gonna have us a time"

Choctaw Bingo sung by Mr Ray Wylie Hubbard y'all

"The Devil's Right Hand" by Steve Earl. Talks about a man infatuation with pistols, beginning with a "cap and ball Colt" that is "fast enough to get you in to trouble but reloads a mite slow."

I second Devil's Right Hand... great song.

I also like the general references in Hank Jr.'s Country Boy Can Survive. Three defining characteristics of a "country boy"... "I got a shotgun, a rifle, and a four wheel drive" LOL yep, ever since I was thirteen and could drive!

Blake Shelton also has a song Hillbilly Bone... "Nah you ain't gotta be born out in the sticks with an F150 and a 30-06..."

Oh yeah, Cocaine Blues by Johnny Cash. Multiple .44 references. Kinda morbid but still an awesome song.

Gimmie Three Steps... Skynard "I'm tellin you son it ain't no fun staring straight down a .44"

Okay, I could do this all day, but one more... Robert Earl Keen, The Road Goes on Forever... "She stepped out into the alley with a single shot .410, The road goes on for ever and the party never ends!"

"Gimmie a Winchester rifle, and a whole box of shells"

Tom Waits - Cold Cold Ground

"I see the white puff of smoke from the rifle
I feel the bullet go deep in my chest"

El Paso - Marty Robbins

Can't find the lyrics for it, but also Big Iron by Marty Robbins

"Now Smackwater Jack, he bought a shotgun
'Cause he was in the mood for a little confrontation
He just let it all hang loose
He didn't think about the noose
He couldn't take no more abuse
So he shot down the congregation"

"Smackwater Jack," by Gerry Goffin and Carole King

Murder Incorporated-Springsteen

So you keep a little secret down deep inside your dresser drawer
From dealing with the heat you're feelin' down on the killin' floor
No matter where you step you feel you're never out of danger
So the comfort that you keep's a gold-plated snub-nose thirty-two/

Today I didn't even have to use my AK
I got to say it was a good day
