Here in Minnesota a casino has an advertisement running on TV that shows a woman out deer hunting, in a tree stand with a rifle just like that’s a natural thing and nothing to be ashamed of at all!
She and her hunting buddies get bored and hungry so they head on over to the casino for some fun and food but absolutely NOTHING negative is said or implied about her having a rifle or hunting for deer.
It gives one hope.
Maybe the pendulum has swung farther toward ‘our’ side than I had realized. Anybody else see guns being portrayed in a neutral (like the above ad) or a positive light in the advertising or entertainment media?
