Guns are easy to get?

A couple of years ago you could rent guns in my neighborhood. We called it "Guns On Wheels". It was a handy franchise for the local hoods. Reminiscent of Robert Mitchum's role in the Friends of Eddie Coyle. Its scary but things like that do exist.
