Finding 6, like new, pre-ban, Labelle 30 round AR-15 magazines stashed in some of my prepper gear that I had completely forgot about.
They appear to each be stuffed with 29 rounds of old 5.56X45 62 grain hollow points, I vaguely remember buying these for what I considered top dollar many years ago, I'm drawing a blank on the ammunition though, I disassembled one and it is indeed a 62 grain hollow point in a 5.56 marked case.
I went ahead and unloaded them, stopped off and bought some magpul enhanced GI followers on the way home. The springs appear to be perfect even after being loaded nearly full for many years!
It may not seem like a big deal, but I consider it a big deal since I live under the thumb of a bunch of gun grabbing government scamps here in Colorado. (at least until I vote with my feet)
