Hi how is everyone.
I am looking to apply for my FID card and also a few pistol permits when I turn 21 in February. I know the process of applying and how it will most likely take more then 30 days in my town in NJ. Anyway, I am a college student and live at school at Rutgers. I have an off campus house with 2 of my friends and the house is not on campus property or in anyway affiliated with the school. I am going to apply for my FID card and such with my home address in Cedar Grove, NJ. I was wondering if it would be legal for me to also keep a hand gun or two at my other house down at school, or can they only be stored at the address listed on the FID card? My house at school is only about 20 minutes away from the range I will be going to and it would be a lot less of a hassle being able to go there from school and not having to drive and hour and a half home to get my hand gun and then 2 hours to the range.
If anyone has any insight into this I would greatly appreciate your advice.
