What is the average cost to assemble an AR15 pistol upper and lower kit ? Is there anyone near Orlando or Tampa that does this kind of work?

$25-35 seems a common figure for assembly IF nothing has to be fitted or "corrected." But if what you have is a bunch of miscellaneous parts acquired from all over, count on paying more.

Since you are looking for someone to assemble...shouldn't you know how to assemble your AR15??? YouTube has multiple videos for both assemble and disassemble. Then why are you asking the questions?
