How can I find gun shows in my area, (Seattle). Is there some sort of publication I can refer to or better yet, the web?
Thanks!

daveste, Also take a look at the Gun List, I believe they have a more complete listing then Shotgun News.I look at both.

Happy Shooting :)

Not meaning to sound dumb, but buy a newspaper ever Friday. If there is a show in your area its usually advertised in the sports section of the paper. You can usually get on a mailing list once you find one. Join the NRA, there is alist of NRA sponcered shows in each months issue also. If you have never been to a show before, in the words of Bo Pilgrim: It's a mind boggelin thing.

Where does the Circus go and what about when Twisted Sister comes to rock your town. The facility that hosts these "shows" probably has a web site with a schedule of events. Give it a try. I know months in advance.

Check your yellow Little Nickle. Section 148. I've seen them posted on the Web as well. The best gun shows I've seen in this area are the Rose City gun shows in Portland, OR. They hold a show about every other month. No sales tax in Oregon. No waiting period. I meet a lot of Washington residence there. In fact met people from Bellingham at the Portland shows. Washington residence can purchase a gun from a FFL and have it delivered across the river to a Washington FFL. Ten dollar fee. Last show at the Expro Center in Portland had 1400 tables.
