Gun shows in Las Vegas!!

I am going to Vegas for the first time in January. He is going to the consumer electronics show so I need something to do in the meantime. I have heard that there are lots of shows and other firearms related stuff happening in Vegas.
Do any of you guys know if there is anything going on between Jan 6-12 as far as gun shows are concerned. I would REALLY appreciate the help. ( I know I'll get bored of the strip clubs) ;)

See if they're still offering automatic weapons training (Uzi's) at FrontSight ( www.frontsight.com ). It's a promo for their real estate development - a neat concept that is worth seeing as well.

Front Sight is still offering free subgun classes. You could also sign up for a two or four day class. See some of my comments at http://www.netcitizen.org/FrontSight.html .
There is a range called the Gun Store where you can shoot overpriced subguns, at about $30 each for 1-2 minutes of time.

If you are a trekie, go see The Star Trek Experience at the Hilton.

Keep an eye out over at ar15.com in the Meetings and Events section. We have a monthly shoot in Las Vegas. Also, there are a couple stores in town where you can rent a full auto. Try Discount Firearms on Boulder Highway or The Gun Store on Tropicana Blvd.

There is a gun show in early December but I don't know about January yet.
