Asking this one for an acquaintance.
As far as the US ATF/State Departments are concerned, could a Norwgian citizen, either living in or visiting the US, purchse a stripped HK G3 gripframe and ejector and return to Norway with it?
I said that as long as it wasn't a receiver, the US government wouldn't care. Is this true?
