Gun laws in Germany?

I have posted this link previously. It is the best article I have seen on the subject of guns in Germany.

There is an English language forum, or you can use the universal translator available at

to frame your question in the German forums and translate the answer for you. If using the translator, I believe it is a courtesy over there to post all text in both English and German due to some problems with the translator making the correct translation.
