gun jams

I have a winchester model 94 AE, when i load bullets into it, the first one goes into the chamber but another one slide under the lifting arm and jams it up, how can i stop this from happening?

Sounds like the mag tube follower or the cartridge stop/guide is damaged. Needs a smithy to fix.

May need a new carrier spring or carrier. Take it to a gunsmith.

You must get the cartridge all the way in or it will slip back and block the lifter.
I see Cowboy Action Shooters with pieces of wood or antler to push the rounds all the way into the tube past the catch.

This is a relatively common problem with Winchester 94s as they wear. The nose of the link (that part at the bottom that moves with the lever) is the cartridge stop, so if it is worn a cartridge can get under the lifter.
