Watch the video, and when the man counters the ladys speech, he says, "actually shootings DO take place in places where guns are allowed, just 11 months ago in fairfax, 2 police officers where killed." (Not sure if this is IN the station) But my answer is... well 2 is alot better than 33!, obviously if someone opens fire they are going to hit someone... but if he can be taken down faster then the less chance he has of hitting someone.... I know this is obvious, but it makes me angry that they jump to blaming the tool used, instead of looking at the psycho.

what are your thoughts, and do you expect harsher laws in virginia etc..?

The Tyler, TX shootout was horrible, but they finally got the guy, in fact a CHLer was the first to engage, and I THINK the Smith County Sheriff credited that man for saving the life of a boy (who happen to be the shooters son) after the shooter shot the boy's mother.

Good debate. Like you said, 2 is better than 33
