Gun Control Works!!!!

Amazing how there is not even a mention of gun control's in the article... ie almost impossible for anyone to own a gun.

The debate is not about guns,
but rather who has the ultimate power to rule,
the People or Government.

These things like this - they literally make me sick...
If ONE employee - JUST ONE - had a weapon and the skills and training to use it properly - things would have been different.
Instead - you get this. The criminals had the time and lack of resistance to DO WHAT EVERY THEY WANTED... Tie them up - beat them what every they wanted and then murder them in cold blood.
Funny thing - even if WENDY's had a policy that allowed a trained and certified person pack a heater to work... probably not one of those poor 5 would have done so. Guns aint PC.
Political Correctness KILLS.

Wendy's best policy would be no policy at all. If they acquieses to employees carrying, the family of any perp who got popped could sue them for BILLIONS!

What we need are laws protecting CCWs from lawsuits resulting from justifiable shootings.

Personally, if your employer forbids weapons, it's easier to get into a new job than out of a morgue!

Right! Both criminal and civil (as in wrongful death, etc.) ... and maybe even Tort. I can see it now - "My boy was bad, I knew this would happen one day. The (CCW) didn't commit a crime shooting him, and my counselor says it really wasn't "wrongful death", but I'm suing for $$$,$$$,$$$ because that hollow-point made a mess - he coulda used ball for neatness."
