I keep seeing guns advertised as being 90%, 85%, etc. I could swear I've heard this referred to as the "NRA rating system" or something similar and that there are universal criteria for each step of 5 or 10%, but I can't find a listing of this anywhere. Am I imagining this? If there's no such resource, what percentage would you assign a used gun with some exterior scuffing, scratches, etc but no broken parts and absolutely NO mechanical malfunctions? That's basically what I'm looking to buy.
