Guide Gun recoil pad question

Got my new 1895G the other day and all I can say is WOW! I only fired one 3 shot group at 100 yards before I ran out of daylight but I was pretty happy to see them all in one hole. I don't think the gun kicks hard but I have heard some people here say the Pachmayr Decelerator makes the gun even better. Does anyone have the measurements for it or a model number? I figure that I can't go wrong for the $12 the local shop has them for.

It is a surprisingly accurate rifle. I swapped for the Decelerator, too, though I fitted one...I don't remember what size it was.

What load were you firing?
